My experience with ketones
Before ketones I spent a lot of time in bed with no energy and not wanting to leave the house. I felt ashamed and embarrassed of my weight. As a mom, I felt like my kids deserved better. I would see active, healthy moms around me and desperately wanted that for my 6 kids. I was stuck in a bad place.
